Instant AP NBD Support and Aruba central subcription

    Okay i was just reading this arubacentral.JPG

    It looks like or at least i understood that the support of the ap was included on the aruba central subcription

     

    is this included? or i still need to add the NBD SUPPORT FOR IAP ??

    Software support for the IAP is included in the Central subscription. 

    Hardware support for the IAP is not included in the Central subscription.

     

    However, IAP hardware is covered by a different Limited Lifetime Warranty at no additional cost (http://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/product-warranties/#HardwareLLW)

     

    If the customer requires next-business-day hardware replacements, only then do they need the NBD coverage.

    So basically if i got a quote like this:

     

    IAP-205-RW

    SUB1-CNP-IAP-1

    i would have ArubaCare TAC + Software   right??? as the aruba subcription will give me that?

     

    I would not need in this case

    SN1-IAP-205-RW for ArubaCare TAC + Software?

     

    i am correct?

     

    I know ill only have limited liftime warranty in this case for HARDWARE 

    ill only have Next Business-Day Shipment After Parts are Returned to Factory

    but not Next Business-Day Advanced Hardware Replacement 

     

    I want to be clear with this as this will help us the clietn will havfe spare APS, but what they dont want to loose is the ArubaCare TAC + Software and i want to be sure

    Carlos its probably best if you speak to your Aruba account rep and they can deep dive into with you.
