Instant AP dhcp - no VPN

    Hi,

     

    I have a guest ssid configured on the Instant with a static vlan.  The customer has advised that they want the APs to do the dhcp for the guests, rather than their own server.

     

    Traffic cannot be nat'd so virtual controller assigned is no good.  No vpn tunnels configured either.

     

    What sort of dhcp scope do I need to create for this?

     

    I've tried the 'distributed L2' but that didn't work.

    ok, looks like it's local, L3 needed.

    Yes - local L3 is what you need.
