Hi Airheads Experts!

I would like to ask for your help regarding some very strange event.

We have an IAP-215 Instant deployment and we have 10 AP.
We have some Dell E7240 notebook with windows 7 64 bit and Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 with the latest 17.13.11.5 driver.

We can successful connect to the Aruba infrastrucure with WPA2-Enterprise authentication (EAP-TLS).
Sometimes we can access what we want, but sometimes we can't. We did a ping test to a certian server and we experienced the next. We got a ping reply for a while and then we didn't get for a few minutes but some minutes later we got a ping reply again and it was repeated again and again.

But the whole time the wifi connection status was connected.

We don't experienced this with other clients.

Current Instant OS: 6.4.2.3-4.1.1.3_48994

What could be the problem?

Hi,

It looks like driver issue because a specific client is facing the issue.

BTW other clients also supports 11ac ?
