Hi, We are experiencing some issues with 3500 switch and Aruba central, The switch is added to Aruba central with mac address and cloud activation code but it is not shown in device manager. when we try to add it again we get the message that the device is already in database. Switch software version is 7.3.2.2 and it has access to Internet and could retrieve the cloud activation code successfully. Is there any other procedure in order to register the switch to the central?

Do you see a tab under device manager called "Switches"?

Also, under "Subscription Keys" have you added your license to manage your MAS?

There is no subscription key for MAS under maintenance tab, there is one key for IAP which works fine. we are using Aruba Central evaluation version for PoC test, Is it possible to add switches in evaluation version or it only supports IAPs? if yes, then how we can get a MAS subscription key for evaluation?

Please PM me your MAS serial number, the email address associated with your Central account, and your subscriber ID.  You can find your subscriber ID by clicking on the link you use to sign-out (as well as the email on the account).

With that info we can enable an Eval license for MAS.

You should be good to go now......you will need to add the license to your MAS.
