Interpretting log message

Can somebody please interpret this log message for me?

Thanks

Re: Interpretting log message

That is when the master requests that the info for that AP be updated.  Do you have HA configured?

Re: Interpretting log message

According to engineering, it should not be a warning message.  It is just the master signaling for the local controller to send an update about that AP.

Re: Interpretting log message

Would user's get disconnected when this happens? We are getting compliants about random disconnects around campus mostly in the residence halls..

Re: Interpretting log message

What command would be the best to run to determine why clients are
disconnecting. It's campus wide and not a particular AP. They only seem to
disconnect for 10-15 seconds

Re: Interpretting log message

There is no log message that can tell why users are disconnecting campus-wide.

Do you have Airwave?

I found the command

sh ap client trail-info “user MAC address”

very helpful
