Okay so far i read this is the deal and i want to confirm this, if someone of aruba can confirm this
IAP92 and IAP 93 = limit of 16 APS
IAP 105 = no limit on the virtual controller
Is this true or im wrong ? if im wrong can someone please correct me the true values?

Mr Shade,
You are correct
IAP-104, IAP-105, IAP-134, IAP-135, and IAP-175 support an unlimited (within reason...the usual L2 best practices apply of course...no free lunch) number of IAPs on Layer 2 networks.
IAP -92/93 supports 16 IAPs.
