    Hi ,

     

    I am planning to do an event in Public  - Shopping mall , where I will be giving free Wireless connection (  mobiles and tab ) to connect to my Server in LAN ( No internet ). They would be sending very limited data ( say 5 MB per minute )

     

    If I want 300-500 users to connect to wireless lan . Which is the best devices for tis kind of Wireless Lan ? How many APs should I keep ?

     

    Pls advice.

    rhaseeb,

     

    You should involve a partner who knows how to deploy in public places.  There is no simple answer to your question and there are quite a few ways it can be done wrong.  A partner would be able to go over all of your requirements and come up with issues that you have not seen.  There are many issues with deploying in a mall and you should get a professional to help you avoid those issues.
