I'm playing with Activate and  trying to automate conversion of an IAP to a RAP.   I see the IAP boot and query for the NTP pool and then query for device.arubanetworks.com (which resolves).   I don't ever see any connection attempts (looking at the upstream firewall).   I can look at the log on the IAP and see it says something to the affect of "can't make connection to device.arubanetworks.com:443".

    Ideas?

What version of IAP are you using ?

Make sure it is the latest GA version or the latest ER version , there's an issue with a cert if you are running an older version

Can you share the output of CLI commands "show log provision" and "show log ap-debug" on this thread?
