How far apart are the access points?

How many SSIDs are you running?

What is the encryption on the SSID with the problem?

How long have you been having this problem?

Your access points should be about 60 feet or 20 meters apart in a regular office.

You should have Broacast filtering set to "All"

If that does not help, you should also consider upgrading the IAP firmware, because it is old.

If you have a support contract, you can usually download at support.arubanetworks.com.

Please check to make you have broadcast filtering on to prevent broadcasts from your wired network degrading your wireless.

If you have access points too close together, it can cause interference.
