Setting up Beoplay streaming

Hi, I found that in order to get my new Beoplay M5 to work streaming music I had to enable the AirGroup Service "allowall" which in turn means a number of new services is showing up (please see attached picture with Service IDs). My question now is: should I create a new AirGroup Service and include the Service IDs listet and then close "allowall" again; as I assume any other devices can right now create services that I might not be too interested in supporting? Will I simply have to type the lines and no further attributes?

Re: Setting up Beoplay streaming

You might have disable "allowall" service and  "show airgroup blocked-queries" ( on the commandline to see what Beoplay uses.  You would then create a new service that has the Beoplay blocked query.  It is typically "okay" to enable "allowall" as a test to troubleshoot, but it could create performance issues in a busy network in the future.
