Slowness to upload and download from social websites

    Hi,

    our customer has replaced some old APs branded HP, with a cluster of Aruba IAP-325 and IAP-103, version 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.2_58595.

    He complains problems downloading and uploading photo and video on social  websites, mainly on whatsapp and instagram. 

    The speed test gives very good results, but video and photo upload and download are very slow.

    With old APs he hadn't this problem and there aren't other modification on the network.

    I want to know if somebody have the same issue and if you solved it.

    Does the customer have "Broadcast Filter ARP" enabled in the advanced portion of the SSID configuration on all of the SSIDs?

    Broadcast Filtering should be set to ARP.  Not suppressing broadcasts can degrade traffic.  Apply that to all of your SSIDs.
