    Anyone know why an autonomous Cisco AP1262 unit running 15.3(3)JD4 IOS image would be reported as:

     

    Status: Down (No radio cards found in device)

     

    We know this is incorrect as we have users associated and using the AP's without issue. SNMP communities are correct as well. We're running AMP 8.2.4.1

    Is this the only Cisco device you have configured?  Did Airwave discover it as a Cisco WLAN AP?

    Sorry for the delayed response, definitely not the only Cisco wireless product that is modeled. We have multiple sites, multiple WLC's and about 80 LWAPP's and a dozen or more autonomous AP's that show correctly. The issue is specifically with the autonomous AP1262 units. (We're running 15.3(3)JD4 on them FWIW.)

     

    Any ideas on how to get these to report correctly?
