Upgrade IAPs with VC

    Hello,

     

    I have a Aruba Virtual Controller with 2 APs (IAP 105 and IAP 103). In the management interface says that there is a new firmware.

     

    My question is: Could I loose wireless network in the upgrade? or does it upgrade first one AP and then the other one?

     

    I don't want to disconnect my clients from the wireless networks.

    Hi,

     

    It depends on the scenario, in general, First VC ( Master)should be upgraded manually or through Airwave then we can upgrade slaves.

    In the VC Maintenance menu I just have "Upgrade Now" button.

     

    I don't know how to proceed.

    HI Friend,

     

    You can select upgrade now in order to start upgrade but the new version will be effected after the reboot. if you don't want to reboot after the upgrade you can uncheck the option "Reboot all the APs after Upgrade" option. you can reboot as per your convenience.

     

    Hope got some clarity on this.
