We have 2 wireless 6000 controllers in active active mode with two m3 cards in each chassis with 1100 accesspoints connected, all located in the UK. My manager has recently discovered, that the country setting
on one of the M3 cards is set to US. The master, standby and three other m3 cards are all set to UK. However, when I look at the list of allowed channels, only UK allowed channels are being used by the APs connected to this card.

    2014-02-13_07-11-28: Upgrade: domain US

From the running configuration, we see that the country-code is set to GB, but channel 13 is not available for use on the 2.4Ghz band. The 5.0Ghz availability seem to be correct :

    ap regulatory-domain-profile "default"
    country-code GB
    valid-11g-channel 1
    valid-11g-channel 6
    valid-11g-channel 11
    valid-11a-channel 36
    valid-11a-channel 40
    valid-11a-channel 44
    valid-11a-channel 48
    valid-11a-channel 52
    valid-11a-channel 56
    valid-11a-channel 60
    valid-11a-channel 64
    valid-11a-channel 100
    valid-11a-channel 104
    valid-11a-channel 108
    valid-11a-channel 112
    valid-11a-channel 116
    valid-11a-channel 120
    valid-11a-channel 124
    valid-11a-channel 128
    valid-11a-channel 132
    valid-11a-channel 136
    valid-11a-channel 140

My first question is a) is the ap regulatory-domain-profile default set when you set the country code and is it applied automatically to the radio profile ? i cant find a radio profile in the configuration that references this profile b) aruba documentation states that you cannot change US or  Israel country setting on an aruba device. How do i change the country setting on this device? c) If I dont change the country setting - does it really matter if my channels are already UK compliant with Ofcom regulator and EU regulator?

I have referenced the following Aruba docs:

    http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_63_Web_Help/Content/ArubaFrameStyles/1CommandList/ap_regulatory_domain_pro.htm
