As a channel partner, if a client refuses to pay for an IAP already in their possession, how you block the use of the IAP using the Mac address.

Are you managing a service for the customer?

Yeah - you cannot shut off access UNLESS you are managing THEIR deployment with Airwave.  However, the customer can just default it and provision it themselves if they know what they are doing.  IAPs run independently if there is no Airwave or Cloud management

You can't. The IAP can run standalone (without Aruba Central).
