    hello airheads,

we recently installed a public certificate on an Instant cluster due to the revocation error.

customer is using captive portal talking to clearpass.

at the time of logging in (RADIUS traffic generation) they get the "do you accept certificate" with the new certificate, apart from not using 443 at this time is there an explanation i can give the customer for this?

    tim,

    just had a thought.

the certificate was signed by a comodo intermediate certificate authority.

do you need to include a copy of the comodo root authority and append it to the certificate?

Yes try including the full chain. The browser is complaining about the trust chain.
