iAP 105 not accepting default password

    Hi Airheads,

     

    I tried "factory reset" button and cli "factory_reset, purgeenv, save & reset". However, the iAP 105 is still not accepting the default user/pw "admin/admin". Kindly help.

    Which code you are using ? what is the error message it throwing ?

     

    Please feel free fo any further help on this.

    Hi, ArubaOS Version 6.3.1.4-4.0.0.5 (build 43022 / label #43022) There is no error: User: admin Password: User: I already put admin/admin, password/forgetme! but i still can't get in the cli. Regards,

    I suggest using the push pin to factory reset on the IAP vs using the factory_reset command. Try that and see if it works.
    It seems that your factory reset is not erasing the previous user/pass. Try the push pin

    I also tried that method but still not able to get in via admin/admin default credentials
