mixing instant AP-135s with instant AP-215s

    Has anyone tried adding instant ap-215s to an existing instant 802.11n installation? Are there any problems?

    Is your plan is to keep the SSID as same or separate?

    It works fine parallel as long as they are isolated from the network layer and SSID are unique.

    You will need to whitelist the SSID as neighbouring SSID if you have WIPS enable.

    Sorry I misunderstood your question. IAP-135 and IAP-215 will work together as long as the OS on both the IAPs are same.

    They can work together but it's recommended to have for example if you got a floor just use ap 135 on another floor use APS 215 and so on. Try not having them mixed in the same floor is its possible

    It would be on the same floor it will be for a restaurant area, separate from the hotel. WIPS is not enabled.

    The earlier link about roaming works for me. The instant AP-215 pricing is also better than the Instant Ap-135s too.
