We’re looking forward to sharing all kinds of useful content at Airheads EMEA 2013.
The formal program will kick off on Tuesday morning with a keynote from Keerti Melkote, Aruba’s CTO and founder. I think that anyone who has heard Keerti speak knows that he delivers a unique combination of industry vision and technical know-how, and this session will be no exception. Keerti will have lots of new information and innovative ideas to share, so this is not to be missed.
On the subject of new and innovative, it’s fair to say that one of the defining technologies for WLAN in 2013 is the advent of 802.11AC, so we have breakouts dedicated specifically to this. It is expected that 802.11ac will become the de facto standard for Wi-Fi equipment by early 2014, so getting ahead of the curve now is essential. And it’s difficult not to get excited when it offers close to three times the Wi-Fi bandwidth of the current standard, 802.11n. The 802.11ac breakout sessions are taking place on Tuesday at 3.15pm and Wednesday at 9.45am (full agenda).
You can choose to join early to attend optional training sessions around WLAN and ClearPass Fundamentals, or an Airwave Bootcamp.
We’ve just extended the early bird discount to May 3, (which means a $200 discount off the standard rates) so I encourage you to register now.
We look forward to seeing you in Alicante.
