Getting "Invalid URI in request" errors using captive portal

Users have been stating that they are getting the default Aruba captive portal page instead of our custom page. Those client Ips show up in our logs as generating Invalid "URI in request" events. I've attached a snippet of some of the logs.
Any ideas what is causing the web server to hand out one of the canned Aruba captive portal pages instead of our custom page? Hundreds of users are getting the proper page but a few are not.
using one master and three local Aruba 6000s running Version 3.3.1.15 with SC2s
Thanks,

We're getting this error, too - I swear it just started happening by itself. Did you ever receive a resolution to this problem
