Rede local com IP estático e IAP configurado com IP Dinâmico no Aruba Central. Como resolver?

O que fazer quando seu IAP está configurado via núvem (Central) com IP dinâmico (via DHCP) e na rede local não há servidor DHCP ativo?

 

Através da console (CLI) do IAP, utilize o comando ip-address (antes do configure terminal) com as configurações necessárias de IP estático, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS Server e Domain Name. exemplo:

OBSERVAÇÃO: Depois de configurar o Aruba Central com o mesmo IP estático e DNS e reiniciar o IAP, ele voltou a ser configurado como DHCP após o boot. Foi necessário repetir o processo de configuração via linha de comando (CLI) para que o IAP pudesse manter a configuração com o Central:
