ClearPass How to default a Role in a form page

  • 1.  ClearPass How to default a Role in a form page

    I crated two role in the Form but as you see in the image the Games Role comes first than the MAC role that is because is Alphabetical order. How do i default the option to be MacRole when the form is presented to the user.

     

    I went the form MacCreate and changed the initial value in the role id but no luck. Any suggestion?

    Set the role ID initial value to the role value in the form edit screen.

    Right on the money! Changed the initial value to 8 and now the form display the item i want by default.
