ALE ERROR [Database regenerating failed]

    Hi support community, we are using the ALE server for some location service with IAP. The installation was sucess, but when i try to Generate Positioning Database i get an error.  any suggestion?  i restart the system, but the error continues. thanks in advance.

    The dashboard indicates no incoming packets from the IAP cluster. Can you confirm that the same port# has been configured on both ALE and the IAP VC? Please also post screenshots of the configuration.

    As mentioned, make sure ALE is seeing incoming packets from the IAP cluster before attempting to regenerate the positioning database.
