Permission denied while transferring the file through winscp.

In the WinSCP login options window:

1. Click on the Advanced options

2. Select the SCP/Shell (on left) under Environment

3. Select Shell as "sudo su -"

Now we will be able to copy the files to the AMP server with superuser privileges.
