How to clear Hashed password mismatches on Airwave

Oct 29, 2014 12:55 PM

While performing an audit one might see the following mismatch for a controller being monitored by Airwave.

If so, Airwave cannot reverse engineer the hash of the configuration so it requires that you enter in the password information into the group configuration. This isn't required for the user that AMP uses to communicate with the Controller since you had to enter in that password as part of the import process. To resolve it, you need to go here:

Group-->Controller Config
Note: Pick the group where the devices showing mismatches are placed.

TW

Click on the pencil sign to edit the user credentials.

Once we hit SAVE & APPLY, the configuration is audited again for the devices in the group where the changes were made.

The configuration should now be GOOD for the device once the verification is complete.
