How to clear the errors "ExecUI query failed" from amp_event logs

Aruba Employee

Airwave event logs, throws these errors:

"ExecUIQuery failed for 10.254.124.13: 500 Connect failed: connect: Connection refused; Connection refused"

Airwave event logs can be seen from  System --> event log on the webUI and in CLI, we can see in the below location:
/var/log/amp_events

Environment : Airwave monitoring/managing Aruba controllers

Error: "ExecUIQuery failed for 10.254.124.13: 500 Connect failed: connect: Connection refused; Connection refused"
These errors are generated basically when Airwave is unable to do execUI queries on the controllers, as the credentials, entered on airwave for that controller, does not have the proper permissions to execute those commands.

"ExecUIQuery failed for 10.254.124.13: 500 Connect failed: connect: Connection refused; Connection refused"

ExecUIQuery is for getting PEF applications and destination information from controller when Airwave detects controller is bootstrapped and also for getting on demand clients information when preferred amon vs snmp. For this it does https request on port 4343.

‘500 connection failed’ is error on connection failed. 500 here is https error code.

 To fix this issue:

We would need to navigate to the manage page of this controller in question in Airwave. which is "10.254.124.13" in this error example.
Update the ssh credentials for full access.
