If it has been set up, you can use the built-in mail program on your AirWave server to transfer files to your desktop machine to send to Support (or just mail them directly to Support). The command takes this form: # mail -s "[SUBJECT]" email@address.com < /path/to/file Example: # mail -s "AirWave log" me@mydomain.com < /var/log/some_log_file NON-TEXT FILESThis will work for text files only. It will not work for tar files, for example. To send non-text files you can use FTP or an open source file transfer program like WinSCP (http://winscp.net).MULTIPLE FILESIf you want to send more than one file you'll need to send them one at a time unless you want them all concatenated into one file. AIRWAVE SUPPORT EMAILThe AirWave Support email address is: support@airwave.comADDITIONAL OPTIONS (-c / -b)You can also use -c / -b for cc / bcc respectively.
