Question: I just exported floorplans from my Aruba (or an Aruba OEM partner) controllers, then imported those into VisualRF, but VisualRF says the APs are all down. They're not. How can I fix that?
Answer: You can just restart the VisualRF engine after the import. The easiest way to to that is to click the submit button on the VixualRF Setup page.
