SNMP agent timed out when sending a request

If your controller's logs have errors like this:

"SNMP agent timed out when sending a request to WMS"

or

"SNMP agent timed out when sending a request to STA"

that's a symptom of an internal timeout where the snmp server doesn't hear back from the specified module within 2 seconds. If you see them, you should make sure that AirWave's SNMP Retries setting is set to 3 or greater, to make sure that AirWave tries again when the controller's snmp server logs these messages.
