After adding a new license key the following error occurs:
Server's IP address does not match
This could be the result of having more than one ethernet interface and having different IP addresses assigned to eth0 and eth1. The AWMS server compares the IP address in the license key to the one assigned to eth0.
You can run ifconfig at the console to check the IP addresses. If the license key has the wrong IP address, you can send Support the correct IP and we'll issue another license key.
Another option is to tie the license key to a MAC address instead of an IP address. Send Support the MAC address and we'll issue another license key using that address.
