Issue: Slow user search
In AirWave 7.1 (and some previous versions), the search feature can be slow, especially when there's a lot of user data on the system. There are a few things that you can do that can improve the speed of search:
1. On the AMP Setup -> General page, reduce data retention for:
- User Association History
- Inactive Users
Data purging is done during nightly maintenance. Search should be faster one day after making these changes.
2. On the Home -> User Info page, each AirWave user can customize her search preferences. Unselecting unwanted items can help speed up search.
