benign /var/log/pgsql message from syslog processing (Copy device_event takes 60000 ms)

In AirWave 7.3 a new message will appear regularly in the pgsql log located in /var/log/

This message will be periodic (every minute) and is part of the syslog feature and can be safely ignored. It should not cause any undue log inflation and is part of normal AMP operation. This message may be easily confused with actual warning messages regarding slow pgsql performance (duration exceeding 2000 ms) so please keep this in mind.
