Q. AMP can't start and I'm getting database errors like this in the log:

index "pg_authid_rolname_index" contains unexpected zero page at block 0

A. This is a problem caused by a corrupt database. A good solution to get up and running again is this: 

1. Save off the most recent data backup from /var/airwave-backup/nightly_data001.tar.gz.
2. Re-install AWMS with the .iso (be sure to not keep the existing database when prompted during the installation).
3. Restore backed up data.

AWMS 6.1 has a new version of postgresql that seems to have a fix for this. We recommend upgrading to version 6.1 to prevent this from happening in the future.
