    Hi

I am trying to evaluate the Aruba Airwave virtual appliance to help manage about 300 Cisco Autonomous APs in my organization. So far using SNMPv1 I can use the discover feature to discover 250 Cisco 1140, 1200, 1240 Access Points, however I cannot discover with the same credentials my new 2602 Cisco APs. The config is the exact same as out of the 1140 AP. I can however manually add and the AP becomes managed as a "Cisco IOS AP" device. has anyone had this issue?

    Thanks,

    Dusko

Do the Cisco 2602s have the same SNMP read string as the other APS?

The 2602s have the exact same config as the 1141 APs. Config works fine and access point works fine and works OK with NAC controlling user access switching VLANS using SNMP. Only issue is cant auto discover. Once AP is in manually added everything seems ok.
