AMP WHITELIST

Hi Guys!

 

Yesterday I applied a change in whitelist now it does not allow me to enter even placing IP in the same segment. The ip is a prefix / 16. There is some IP exclusion in which you can enter and make the change.

 

This is the message shown:

 IP address is not in the approved AMP whitelist. Please contact the AirWave administrator for assistance.

Hi,

As you mentioned that you have whitelisted one IP yesterday,can you remove that IP save it and then add both the IPs and check the status.

I can't delete the ip because show me this message

I need if exist other alternative ip for ingress the platform and do realize the change IP or disable whitelist

Do you still have CLI access?  If so, then open a support case, and support can disable the whitelist from the CLI.  This will at least let you regain UI to lock it down again.
