Adding secondary master Airwave!

    Hello

    Im trying to add the secondary master to airwave without any luck...

    I got the master on the airwave... i tried adding the second master in standby to the airwave but i cannot do it, as is not working.

    The config is just the same... with SNMP3

     

    Now also i notice that i cannot delete the snmp users for some reason

     

    (WC_Master_2) (config) #show snmp user-table           

    SNMP USER TABLE
    ---------------
    USER          AUTHPROTOCOL  PRIVACYPROTOCOL  FLAGS
    ----          ------------  ---------------  -----
     user1    SHA           AES              
     user2   SHA           AES    

     

     

    (WC_Master_2) (config) #no snmp-server user user1
    Error: Snmp User cannot be deleted

     

     

    Any help :)

    Did AirWave not discover the secondary master and put it in 'new devices'?

     

    What version of firmware is the controller running?

    Hello rob

    the verion of the controller is 6.2.1.4

     

    the version of the airwave is 7.7.4

     

    i get snmp get failed, and i got it configured exctly as the controller that working

    From the AirWave CLI, do SNMP walks to the standby controller work?  Double check that the working credentails are the same that show up in the standby controller's manage page (in AMP).
