AirWave 8.2.5 installation broken eth0: error Device not found

    Hi,

    I'm trying to deploy new AirWave 8.2.5 from ova image. But configuration wizard complains:

    eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found

    My VMs NIC is configured to the generic e1000 type, so there shouldn't be any problem with NIC detection. Furthermore, there is no Linux CLI in AirWave 8.2.5. Thus I'm not able to fix this from the shell.

    Any idea what is going wrong and how to fix this or get access to the CLI at least?

    Do you get the same result when you try the install off of the ISO?

    I am facing this issue too with 8.2.5.1. I had uses portable DVD Drive and stuck on line 8 kickstart. The server is HP Proliant DL180 Gen10 with 2x 600GB SAS Intel Xeon Platinum. Any solution for this?Line 8 Error Message.jpgNIC Interface.jpeg

    Installed the ISO in the lab on a DL360 and it worked.  I've also loaded the OVA on a few different setups.  Can you verify the md5sum for the ISO/OVA image used?
