Is there a way i can change the informatoin sent in the Email from Airwave?

I want to send an email saying the same thing as this goes to an external monitoring company, is there a template somewhere on the applicance?

Currently there is no way to define a template for email on Airwave. It takes it from the trigger definiton or report. However, if its for the trigger alert you could try adding in the notes section.

I am looking to remove the sensitive information from the email. Like switch names and IP addresses.

Is this something that might be coming in the future?

Currently there is no way we could customize this. However, you can always raise a feature request on our support site with new ideas and requirements.
