Airwave 7.7.11 client count is not showing correctly

  • 1.  Airwave 7.7.11 client count is not showing correctly

    Airwave 7.7.11, the Client count on top banner is showing incorrectly, it appears to increment instead of reading the conroller count and updating.  Is there a way to purge this client count to let the system reset?  Reboot the Airwave does not seem to fix the issue.

    If you have "Prefer Amon" on in Airwave, please try turning it off.

    What could also affect that is if you manipulated any of the AAA timers on the Aruba Controller.  They should look like below:

     

    (192.168.1.3) #show aaa timers 

Global User idle timeout = 300 seconds
Auth Server dead time = 10 minutes
Logon user lifetime = 5 minutes
User Interim stats frequency = 300 seconds

    Hi Colin,

     

    I was able to turn off the prefer amon on the Airwave, thanks...  where on the controllers can I adjust the "User Interim Frequency"?
