    New AMP 7.7.3 install.

    New Instant Install.

Three schools (VCs) added to Airwave.

We only ever show 2 clietns connected.

There are over 350 clients connected.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

Is there a bug in AMP that is not showing clients?

Is there a option in 7.7.x that needs to be enabled for clients to start being detected?

I would recommend opening a support case for that.  If you wouldn't mind pming me or emailing me the case number, I'll make sure it gets the appropriate attention.

    Thanks

Yes, we did that. I'll send you the case #.

We also noticed this tiday at another school district we've been working at for a year.

None of the new VCs are showing clients, but all the pre-existing ones (before 7.7.x upgrade) are showing clients just fine.

So, thanks to Dan's help - we've determined that the issue is a bug in Airwave that causes problems when using VLAN pooling in Instant.

Instant sends the VLAN information to Airwave, but Airwave doesn't understand the data and sees it as corrupt.

Software team is being alerted so that a patch can be implemented.

    Thanks, Dan!
