Airwave 7.7.9 prompt Login session timed out.

  • 1.  Airwave 7.7.9 prompt Login session timed out.

    Every time I try to add a map to a campus on Airwave 7.7.9, I get a prompt "Login session timed out". Even if I re-authenticate, I still get this prompt.

     

    I have tried this on Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

     

    Any ideas?

    Are you hitting Airwave on its ip address or a fqdn?  If it is an fqdn, try it by ip address...

    Thanks for the reply. I was using a fqdn. I tried the ip address, but I had the same problem.

     

    I did notice that this problem only happens when I try to set a campus map. I can set a building map with no problem.

    any fix or workarounds for this? im having the same issue.

    This is scheduled to be fixed in Airwave 8.0
