    Hello I have client which has a Airwave 8.2.5.1 installed to Hyper-V 2012 cluster. After 1 year of using suddenly his Airwave VM lost network connectivity.

     

     

    I asked him if he has changed something with Airwave VM settings and he said no.

     

    I checked his VM resources and everything looks fine, but when I connect to Airwave over  Hyper-V console I saw that Airwave could not fetch interfaces.

     

    Maybe someone had the same or similar issue? and can advice me what are possible solutions, because restart do not helps :)

    Hi,

     

    Its a known issue, if you have configured legacy adapter in VM, change it to default network adapter and check the status, if you still see eth0 donw then we need to provide correct MAC address in if-eth0 file for this you need to open TAC tikcet.
