    Hi,  

     

    We are trying to Upgrade Aruba Switch firmware through Airwave.  However,  The Airwave Sever to the Switches is behind a NAT address.   The devices can connect successfully to airwave etc.  but when trying to upgrade the firmware through airwave it fails.   Looking at the tftp logs on the switch it is trying to access the Real IP and not the NAT address.   Is there anyway to change this so it can connect successfully?  Routing to the actual Airwave IP is not currently possible on this network.  

     

    Any help would be great!

    Below is the suggestion :

     

    Please add airwave  Natted IP address in

    Group  > Basic > Firmware

    Firmware Upgrade Options > Firmware File Server:  

     

    Use only tftp option to upgrade the switch.
