I recently configured my new 7210 controllers to talk to Airwave however now in Airwave web gui when I go to APs/Devices > List I get the error message. rebooting didn't help. I already emailed Aruba support but just curious if anyone else had a fix, thanks.

I had a problem this like. But, this error is apresentated when I try extract a report in "Genereated" and "Definitions".
Solution: Change time zone of the Airwave.
1º # cd install/
3º Then select the 2) Change Time zone.
4º Specify the continent, select the country and save the changes.

When you visit that page, you can get more data on the error by checking /var/log/httpd/error_log. This would help determine if it's a db issue, or a process transaction issue. This would be all the info needed to open a support case to debug the issue quickly.
