Airwave Device Summary Report Issue

  • 1.  Airwave Device Summary Report Issue

    I have two SSIDs that are on my WLAN network and would like monthly device reports for each SSID.  The problem I'm having is when create a report for each SSID the data is same on each report.  SSID 1 looks like SSID 2.  Am I doing something wrong when creating the report or is this an issue with Airwave?

    Good catch, this has been filed as DE14016.  The client and max client count seem to cover the total client counts of those APs during that time frame, but they should be showing only clients and max clients for clients associated to the filtered SSID.

    This has been fixed in AirWave 7.7 code.  AirWave 7.7 is expected for release within the next 2 weeks unless any critical bugs are found.

    Yep, this was fixed in the initial 7.7.0 release.  If you're planning to upgrade, you should plan to upgrade to the latest release: 7.7.4.
