Airwave - Gaps in firewall graph

    We were running Airwave 7.7.6 and noticed that on the firewall graphs there is a gap between 4:25am and 5:00am.  this has been going on for some time.  I have upgraded to 7.7.10 and we are still seeing the issue.  There are no gaps in the normal client count or bandwidth graphs.  Has anyone else come across this issue?

    Does that correlate with your scheduled nightly maintenance?

    Maintenance is scheduled for 4:15am .  The gap is from 4:25 to 5:00.  It seems logical, but no other graphs in Airwave show gaps during this time.

     

    Enable AMON Data collection - Yes

    Enable Firewall Data Collection - Yes

    Firewall Storage - 50 Gig

    Prefer AMON vs SNMP Poling - No  (Per Tac - They still have issues)

    Enable Syslog and SNMP Trap Collection - Yes
