Airwave Glass 1.2 Overview Searches

    Hi,

    We have installed Glass on our network and cofigured it to monitor 2 of our Airwave Servers. It appears to be collecting and presenting data.

    However, I have seen behaviour I did not expect with the searches.

    Example:

    On the Overview it shows 12 Busy Radios but when clicking on the button the resulting saved search only shows 2 AP's. This is not what I expected.

    This behaviour appears on all of the Buttons I have clicked the search does not return the same number as shown on the Button.

     

    Is there an explanation for this or is it not working as expected.

    I would advise you to contact Aruba Support if you have purchased Glass already, and to your local Aruba Sales team if you are evaluating.

     

    Airwave Glass is a high-end product that might need some more guidance and assistance than other Aruba products.

    Thanks for the update. I have spoken to my SE and raised a TAC Case.
