A customer of ours has told us that their Airwave virtual machine has suddenly lost its IP address (and part of the configuration with it). Have any of you guys had a similar case? It seems really strange to me.

Haven't seen this before. Any issues with their VM hardware? Check to make sure that the network adapters of that VM are still functioning properly. Also check and see what other VMs are utilizing the NIC. It's possible that another VM instance may be hogging the network resources. Another thing to check would be the disk space, if the disk space gets maxed out, sometimes bad things happen as the data looks for places to write to.
