    Hi.

I am trying to check what happens whith this:

Folder name "ET" bellow TOP don't show clients

When I open the folder and check subfolders name ET-1, ET-2, ET-3 these have clients

This only happens with new folders and subfloders, the old one works fine.

This issue make global clients in Airwave mismatch with clients in wireless controller

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi,

Does ET folder have APs? Go to APs/Devcies>List page and select ET folder from drop down list and check if any APs been placed.

    No APs, No clinet count.

If we have APs but still no client count then check on controller whether any active client is connected to those APs.

    Hi.

Yes subfolders have AP and these have clients in controller.

    Any idea what could happen?

    Thanks

Can you share complete screen shot of APs/Devcies>List ET folder view and also clients>connected ET folder view.

    I can't do it now.

We need to move all AP to folder instead subfolders and now appears clients.

    Thanks anyway.

This is a viewing preference.  When you go to the Clients or APs/Devices views -> Across the top is the folder tree line that has a link that shows 'Expand folders to show all Clients' / 'Expand folders to show all APs/Devices'.  The items displayed reflect this expansion.  Additionally, at the top right is the default expansion (this is a per user setting) - you can default it to view the tree with expanded details meaning it'll show the clients/devices of the subfolders.
