I have a query on Airwave to instant access Points https polling period.As per my understanding Airwave Polls all instant access Points via https every 5 minutes and data will be retrieved.The concern here is we are trying  integrate our internal portal with Airwave via APIs and when we are fetching CPU and Memory utilization values of each access points every 5 minutes we are getting 0 or incorrect values rather than what is reflected in AMP GUI.Can anyone help on how airwave is retreiving the CPU and memory utilization of Access Points.

How are you fetching those parameters?

AirWave doesn't actually poll the Aruba Instant device (unless poll now is issued).  Aruba Instant devices send heartbeats with data updates - the heartbeats have a 5 min interval.  The AirWave side processes the updates based on polling intervals.

This same behavior is mirrored for when we process AMON messages from a controller.

Thanks for the clarification.When extracting this information from Airwave via API to external portal for eg: cpu utilization within 5 min interval gaps we are getting incorrect values such as zero etc whereas in the Airwave GUI it is reflected correctly.

Try opening a support case.  I haven't dug into the APIs too much, but TAC can help debug if there's an API issue.
